# Holders

> Institutional ownership, insider transactions, and politician trades for any company.

The **Holders** section of a company tab tracks who owns and trades the stock, in three segments.

## Institutional

A table of institutional managers with their position: **Manager, Shares, Value, Chg %, Filed**. Use it to see accumulation or distribution among large holders from quarter to quarter.

## Insiders

Insider transactions as reported: **Insider, Type, Shares, Price, Date** — purchases, sales, and awards by officers and directors.

## Politicians

Trades disclosed by members of the US Congress: **Member, Trade, Amount, Filed After**, with a chamber filter for **All / Senate / House**.

  Ownership data comes from public filings and is reported with the delays those filings allow; the **Filed** and **Filed After** columns show how current each disclosure is.
