Hobby covers everything you need to start researching, with unlimited access to Vela, the standard model. Pro adds the frontier models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, and others) for serious research. See Choosing a model.

Upgrading and managing billing

Upgrade to Pro from Settings → Plans & Billing; payment runs through a secure Stripe checkout. A yearly toggle applies the annual discount.
Manage Billing opens the Stripe billing portal to change the payment method, switch billing cycles, download invoices, or cancel.

Frontier usage

On Pro, a Frontier usage this month bar in Plans & Billing tracks your allowance; it resets each billing month, and the standard model stays unlimited regardless. The Usage section of Settings lists per-request history: date, model, tokens in and out, and whether each request was included in the plan or pay-as-you-go.

Deleting your account cancels a Pro subscription immediately, without a refund for the remaining period.
